Beloved wife of Bill Matula, dear mother of Sarah Kennedy (Brian) and Ashley Matula, dear daughter of the late Francis Harry Auffenberg and the late Josephine Hudson Auffenberg, dear sister of Joie Fox (the late Quinn), Jack Auffenberg (Nancy), Frank Auffenberg (Karen), Danny Auffenberg (Jan), Mary Huge (Gary), Molly George (Danny), Billy Auffenberg (Cynthia), Patsy Keating (the late Jimmy), Amy Auffenberg, Mike Auffenberg (Katie), and the late Caren Williams (survived by John).

Services:  Visitation and funeral Mass will be held at Little Flower Catholic Church, 1264 Arch Terrace, St. Louis, MO 63117.  Visitation on Friday, December 17 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 18 at 10 a.m.  Interment at St. Peter Cemetery, Kirkwood following Mass.  Celebration of Life at Victor House, 2006 Victor St., St. Louis, MO 63104 following the burial at approximately 1:00 p.m.  The family prefers attendees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to wear masks throughout all events.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Rung for Women, 2717 Sidney St., St. Louis, MO 63104 rungforwomen.org, 314 451-8500 appreciated.
