Age 99, Fortified with the Sacraments of the Holy Mother Church, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2024.  Beloved wife of the late Robert J. McMullen (Sam); daughter of late Eva and Peter Wehrstein; dear mother of Bob (Vicki) McMullen, David McMullen, Joann (Matt) Biehl; dear grandmother of 8, great-grandmother of 10.  Dear sister of the late Rose Gavin, Barbara Wehrstein, Peter Wehrstein, Catherine (Dolly) Kling,

Anne’s greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was known for her kindness and generosity.  Her home was a welcoming place for everyone.  She spent many years enjoying her work at the Kirkwood YMCA and volunteering at St. Joseph (now St. Clare) hospital.

Services:  Please join us for a Celebration of Life in Anne’s Honor on Saturday, March 15 from 1:30 – 4:00 pm at the Pavilion at Lemay Recreation Center in Jefferson Barracks Park, 305 Gregg Road, Lemay Township, MO 63125.

Mass intentions will be held at Saint Peter Catholic Church in Kirkwood, MO on Saturday, February 8 at 8:15 am, Sunday, February 16 at 5:00 pm and Monday, March 3 at 8:15 am.
