Edward James Coleman-Irvin
At Rest with God at the age of 33, at St. Louis, Missouri on Sunday, January 5, 2020.
Beloved husband of Wendy Coleman-Irvin, dear father of Haden Irvin and Gracie Coleman-Irvin, dear son of Patricia (Carroll) Emrick and Gary (Tracie) Irvin, dear son-in-law of David Coleman and the late Grace Coleman, dear brother of Gary Irvin and Elyse Irvin.
Edward was a 2005 graduate of Salem High School. He was a union carpenter in the Metropolitan St. Louis area. He had a passion for refinishing furniture. Edward enjoyed working construction and shared his smile and a kind hello with those he met. He was quick to lend a helping hand. His infectious smile would lift others up in support. He gave his heart and his soul to his Wendy and his daughter Gracie. Spending time with his family and friends was what Edward treasured doing the most. Camping and canoeing were his favorite past times that were especially enjoyed with his son Haden. He was a best friend to his sister and brother. Edward’s caring personality and memory will live on with the ultimate honor that was given through organ donation.
Services: Funeral Mass will be held Monday, January 13 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 2618 South Brentwood Blvd. at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions to a GoFundMe account gf.me/u/xbb2ry set up in Edward’s memory appreciated.
