    To Franes’s Family,
Sorry for your loss. Frances was a good person. She was my sister’s friend.

Always enjoyed talking with Frances on the streets of The Hill. When she went to live in Laclede Groves, I would go to visit my family, and would run into Frances. We would talk for an hour, usually more. She knew more of what was happening on The Hill than I, and I live on The Hill. Enjoyed our insightful conversations. She had a reputation of being crusty, but beneath that crust, she was butter. RIP Frances.
