Dave worked hard in the classroom and on the basketball court. Dave was one of the leaders for Southwest High School basketball team, which came in third place in the state of Missouri in 1965. Great memories from those days.

I knew Dave via chruch during our grade and high school years. He always stood out in a crowd. I admired his humor and, even back then, recognized he was a guy of high intelligence. At the same he was down to earth. What a fine photo of him.
