Caroline Guerdan April 30, 1932 - August 24, 2018

Caroline Katrina Guerdan, 86, a life long resident of the St. Louis area, entered into eternal peace on Friday, August 24, 2018.  Caroline was born on April 30, 1932, a daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth Krail.  She graduated from Central High School in 1950, where she excelled in the classroom and enjoyed a host of club activities such as the Spanish club, bowling club, roller skating club and Junior Achievement club.  Caroline married the late Lawrence A. Guerdan in October 1950 and together they enjoyed family life raising seven children.  Caroline worked in the telephone and healthcare industries, but her true passion centered on raising her children and enjoying time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was a Scout Den mother and received achievement awards for her years of dedication and Christian leadership.  Caroline served the St. Sebastian Church community as a Eucharistic minister for several years.  She expressed her artisan skills through the creation of classical ceramic artwork.

Caroline was preceded by her beloved husband Lawrence A. Guerdan, John (Cheryl) Guerdan, Christopher (Melissa) Guerdan, William Guerdan, Kathleen (Don) Yoakley, Patrick (Raquel) Guerdan and Timothy Guerdan, her ten loving grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, and several adoring nieces. nephews, and dear friends.
