January 3, 2021 at 10:30 amI only learned of Gene’s passing last night and want to pass on my deepest regrets and condolences. Gene was one of the very few lawyers who made me cringe when his name would appear on the other side of a lawsuit. He knew the law and knew how to use it in such a way that would make me question why I had accepted the case in the first place. He was always open to giving advice and counsel to young lawyers and was a true benchmark of the bar. He will be missed. Marty you have some huge shoes to fill, even though I know you made your great father proud.
