Jim and I were classmates at both Rockhurst and SLU Law. Jim was a very kind and gentle man, easygoing and pleasant. My condolences to Jim’s family.

Simone, Judy, Jessica and family, I am so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. I know this is a hard time for you. My thoughts are with you. It was my pleasure to work with Jim and Simone for five years as their paralegal. Jim always brought his sense of humor and sharp wit with him to the office (something inherited from his father). Jim made a difference.

    Dear Judy,
Roseann informed me about the loss of your oldest son. What a long line of happy memories and an immediate press of sorrow are surrounding you today. My prayers are with you and the rest of your family. Fondly, Carol DeClue Klahr (fellow classmate, UA ’55)

Jim and I attended law school together and he was always cordial. He was a fixture at the workers compensation docket in the city and greeted me hundreds of times on my arrival. Jim was a nice guy and a fine lawyer. I will miss seeing him around. My sincere condolences to his family.
