Jacqueline B. Lanham
(nee McWain), passed peacefully on January 7th, 2021 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of Robert F. Lanham. Dearly loved mother of Michael C. Lanham and Paul J. (Lori) Lanham. Jackie was preceded in death by two infant children: Robert F. Lanham Jr. and Barbara L. Lanham. Much loved grandmother of Holly T. Lanham and Elizabeth A. Lanham. Dear aunt, great-aunt, and cousin.
Jackie was born November 13, 1934 in Yakima, Washington. She and Robert met and married in San Jose, CA. Robert’s career moved them around the United States and Panama, Central America. Robert and Jackie settled in Fairfax, VA, where she earned her master’s degree in English. She enjoyed teaching English and Spanish to children and adults. Robert and Jackie relocated to St. Louis in 2011 to be near their granddaughters.
Services: A private service for Robert and Jacqueline will be held on Monday, December 27th at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

Our relationship began with sharing teaching insights and grew to sharing our hearts. I’ll always be grateful that Jackie reached out to me to be become friends beyond work.
