Maria V. Schwerdtmann
Passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Robert L Schwerdtmann. Maria was sister to Miriam Wiese (Fred), Jose Antonio Guevara (Margot), Julio Cesar Guevara (Maria Pilar), and Victor Alfonso Guevara. She was aunt of Tom Tolle (Charlene), Mike Tolle (Julie), Annmarie (Matt), Monica (Pablo), Michelle (Mark), Maria Carlota, Julio Cesar (Luz Isabel), Alfonso Guevara, Karla Guevara, Victor Alfonso Guevara (Patricia), and Ivonne Guevara.
Maria held positions in the accounting field both in her native El Salvador and her beloved St Louis. She retired from Edison Brothers and spent the last years of her life at Mary Queen and Mother Center.
Services: Graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 5 at Concordia Cemetery, 4209 Bates, St. Louis, MO 63116 at 10:00 AM. Attendees are asked to wear masks due to the attendance of immune compromised individuals. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your preferred charity.
