December 3, 2021 at 6:04 amDear Friends of Tom and Shirley,
Tom and Shirley were friends of my father and mother in law, Tom and Mary Ellen Powers.
Mary Ellen and Shirley shared the same birthday, April 18, Mary Ellen 1925 and Shirley 1931.
They met at Washington University where they both worked. I looked in on them in Jan, Feb and Mar 2020 and then… Ann and I went to breakfast with them now and again but it wasn’t easy, their dance card was full.
Ann and I regret that we will be out of town for the memorial Mass on Dec 6. Our sympathies to all of you. Tom and Shirley were wonderful and kind people.
Peace, Ken and Ann Brune
